She guided us through the process of bidding in such a competitive situation by giving us specific strategies (setting up a pre-bid inspection so that we could make our best offer), and giving us clear and definitive price advice. Kendall was amazing. We bought our first house and she guided us through the entire process! She is very responsive and answered my calls/texts at all hours of the day!
